Financial Regulations
The parish council regulates its financial system for carrying out its business through a series of rules known as Financial Regulations.
Section 135 of the Local Government Act 1972 requires parish councils to have Standing Orders in place that include provisions for securing competition and regulating the way tenders are invited. The methodology for this process is outlined in our Financial Regulations along with how all financial transactions must be administered.
